KSB - Nico Gitz
Managing Director
"As a partner in the UN Global Compact, it is a matter of course for KSB to participate in the Circopomp initiative: Economical use of raw materials and energy, eco-design, CO2 reduction and support for social projects are just as obvious to us as our motivation to serve our customers.”

WASCO - Jan Bijnen

"Unconsciously we were already doing a lot, consciously we were not yet sufficiently involved. Circopomp came at the right time to integrate circularity into our processes as part of our strategy"

GRUNDFOS - Ramon Westplate

"Reducing waste of materials, water and energy has long been embedded in Grundfos' values. That's why we embrace the Circopomp initiative"

VAN WALRAVEN - Henk van Walraven
ANAGING DIRECTOR
"We at Van Walraven have been active in the field of sustainability for years. We see it as our duty to continue expand sustainability within our organization and in the relationship with our partners. The partnership with Circopomp fits in seamlessly with this. Since we are being a collection point for the buyers and installers of pumps, we can also make an excellent contribution to their circularity. Another step in the right direction towards a sustainable environment"

Hand in old pumps
Together we reuse materials, reduce CO2 and create social employment!
The Netherlands wants to be fully circular by 2050, when everything will revolve around reusing raw materials and we will have no more waste. Much work remains to be done to achieve this goal, which is why the 10 industry leaders are taking action now with the Circopomp. The Circular Pump Chain Initiative!
Every year, 830,000 new circulators enter the Dutch market and, as a result, 1,900,000 kilos of old pumps end up in landfills. By collecting these old pumps, together we can give them a second life and not waste valuable materials.
